Tamil Cultural Association (TCA) of North Carolina is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of providing the platform to express and appreciate the deep and rich tradition of the Indian sub-continent for the residents of the greater triangle area encompassing the cities of Raliegh, Chapel Hill, Durham, Cary, Apex, Morrisville and Greensboro. The association also aims to build and sustain a cultural bridge to the rich Indian tradition with a special emphasis on Tamil language and culture.

TCA collaborates with other local community groups and strives to help the people of the Indian diaspora and their descendents identify themselves with the Indian culture by celebrating Indian culture and traditions with the special emphasis on youth.
